Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health. We currently carry a DVD exercise program that was designed by a chiropractor with a diplomate in neurology. This program allows you to exercise in the comfort of your own home and includes everything you need to begin immediately. The program provides exercises for all muscle groups with a focus on core strengthening. Several of the exercises stimulate different regions of the brain to help "exercise your brain" as well.
