Stephanie M. Appleyard, LMT
Stephanie started as a patient at Renaissance Chiropractic at 16 years old after a motor vehicle accident. Inspired by her chiropractic and massage therapy care, she decided to pursue her love of helping others and become a massage therapist herself. In 2008, Stephanie graduated from Clover Park Technical college from the Massage Studies program and began practicing soon after. Over the years, she has worked alongside many chiropractors in the Puget Sound region.
Stephanie's massage practice is cultivated with modalities such as Therapeutic Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, Sports Injury massage and Prenatal-Pregnancy massage.
Aside from taking pride in Stephanie's massage career, her biggest pride and love is her family. Stephanie and her husband Mike are raising 3 wonderful children, Elric, Mavyn, and Leo.
