Dr. Veaceslav B. Goras
Dr. Slavik Goras (Veaceslav) did his undergraduate studies at Pierce College and New College of California. He graduated Palmer Chiropractic College West in December of 2013 but joined the Renaissance family earlier that year in June due to him finishing his clinical requirements at Palmer top of his class and six months earlier than his graduation date. His chiropractic journey started much earlier; in 2003 when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident, its injuries left him with a lot of pain and the medication that he was prescribed was not helping much. At that time it was recommended he seek chiropractic care with Dr. Douglas Long at Renaissance Chiropractic Center. After a few visits, he started seeing great progress and that got him hooked on this great profession. With the encouragement and mentorship of Drs. Doug and Mike Long he pursued his passion to become a chiropractor. He has come full circle and now practices where his chiropractic journey began.
Dr. Slavik was born in a small eastern European country called Moldova and his family immigrated to the US in 1996. He always says “my greatest achievement is my family, and my greatest treasure is my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” . He has been very active in his church and in the Russian and Romanian, Moldovan communities. He loves to spend time with his family and friends; he also loves to play golf on his down time. He has a passion for service and it is his desire to eventually use his skills as a chiropractor to do mission work in the country that he came from.
Dr. Slavik strives to love his wife (Karina) and five children (Emily, Kaylie, Kayden, Jane, Gracie) more, help as many people as possible, and glorify God in all that he does.
